Business systems scorecard: how much still depends on you?
Ten questions about how your business works on an ordinary Tuesday. The scorecard measures how much of it still runs on your memory, across the five systems we build and the number of decisions that still have to come to you. It takes about three minutes.
Answer it the way things actually are, nobody's watching. You get a score out of 100 and your three weakest areas, each linked to what fixing it involves.
Answer a few questions and try the response on your own phone.

It's the same system we use in our own business, built around the way you work.
- A real response from the system
- No obligation to book anything
Every answer runs from "it depends on me" to "it runs without me". Nothing is sent anywhere until you ask for the breakdown.

What owners ask about the scorecard.
What does the business systems scorecard measure?
It measures how much of your business runs on the owner's memory instead of on systems. The ten questions cover sales and enquiry, onboarding and delivery, process documentation, AI and reporting, plus how many decisions a day still have to come to you.
How is the score worked out?
Each answer is worth 0 to 3 points, from "it depends on me" to "it runs without me", and your total out of 30 is shown as a score out of 100. Under 40 is running on memory, 40 to 69 is partly systemised, and 70 or more is mostly systemised.
Your weakest areas are the ones that scored the lowest share of their possible points, and only areas under two thirds count as weak.
I scored above 70. Do I need anything?
Possibly not. A score that high usually means the business already runs on more than one person's memory. If a systems map would only confirm that, we'd rather tell you on the phone than sell you one.
Is a low score bad news?
No, it's common in a business that grew on the owner's effort. It mostly tells you where your week is going. A low score also means the first system built tends to give back the most time, because there's so much running through you.
What happens if I ask for the breakdown?
Our system texts you within a minute and the full breakdown follows by email. Jonathan may also call to talk it through, and you're welcome to tell him you'd rather read it first.
